Sgt. Colors is a man who comes up with wild stories that are completely false. He seems to know people's names without being told about them, even if they go by a different one.

He introduces himself to the party by telling them stories about completely false adventures they have had together. Later, the party faces Sgt. Colors in the Pilot Command competition. He fights using his pilot card, agent orange. After the party defeats him, they talk more, and the party discovers Sgt. Colors' secret: He is color blind.
