Hot! Cirspy! Dazzling~! is the 4th episode of Anime Campaign.
After an attempted assassination causes the power to cut out, a team of 4 criminal scumbags (and Ryatt) attempt to escape one of the highest security prisons in the world. It quickly becomes apparent that the world of Anime Campaign has pretty low standards for prisons.

At the Lockdown, Warden Grapethroat explains to Epithet user prisoners about the prison and if they want to escape they have to go through him and Yoomtah Zing. Percival King brings in Zora Salazar and a cloaked person. Tripwire and his band begin playing to the prisoners. However, the worst prisoners can’t hear the music. Just another day in prison for California Slim, Ramsey Murdoch, Jericho Felocity, Dixon Roughhouse, Ryatt and Mera Salamin.
Yoomtah, Zora and the cloaked man walk into Mera’s cell. They are actually three of the four Bliss Ocean Corps Officers. The fourth, their leader, wants to know how the Gemini Necklace works by sending the three of them to ask Mera. Indus Tarbela breaks into Mera’s cell and says he has done things to the generator. The prisoners can walk out of their cells and commit PRISON BREAK! The Corps Officers run away.
The only way the party can escape is to deactivate their eraser cuffs. Mera takes them to someone who can do it, who’s in solitary, the deep end of the prison. At solitary, they break Dan Gansley out, but it alerts the alarm of the solitary. The party moves while avoiding lasers. Outside the solitary, they see the cloaked man.
He reveals himself as Moot Tarbela, Indus’ brother. Yoomtah takes Mera and Indus as if they were cardboard cutouts. Moot leaves too. The party goes to the courtyard. They face the guards there and fight. After that, they enter the maintenance tunnel.
Grapethroat drops down with his mecha suit. Percy and Howie Honeyglow come out of the elevators. The party manage to get past them and climb the ladder leading to the top of the watchtower. Unfortunately, Yoomtah is there. Ryatt sacrifices himself to fight her while the rest escape. As the others walk down the tower, the tower blows up from fireworks.
Grapethroat appears, and the party engage in a final battle. Mera and Indus get to the escape boat, but it has no electricity. They rejoin the party to help fight Grapethroat. After defeating him, the boat’s power starts. Everyone gets on it and successfully escapes the Lockdown.
At the Bliss Ocean HQ meeting room, Yoomtah, Zora and Moot sit at the table. Their boss talks to them from the TV. Yoomtah confirms the Gemini Necklace copies Epithets. Boss decides to talk to them in person. Naven Nuknuk commences phase 2: targeting Milly Blyndeff for her Epithet Augment. She and Giovanni Potage will be going to an anime convention and one BO member is already undercover there. Naven and Yoomtah will be undercover as civilians…
